Hi 

I just topped up my account and charged the full payment of 120$ with another 120$ to come out oct 18.  

Can someone please adjust the top up amount?

If you want to renew the same plan earlier, you will need to contact moderator.  Expect 1-2 day wait

 

If you want to change plans, you can either change immediately or at next renewal.  If you change immediately, you will lose whatever is left on your old plan.

@tifsha1, please edit your post, it’s derogitory, and offensive.

 

The moderators are employees of Telus, and Are working in Canada.  They are swamped right now, and it is not their fault that subscribers don’t fully explain their issues properly.

 

Yes, this is a very slow process for support, and it is Telus that you should be blaming, as they are ultimately responsible for the lack of quick service here.

Sorry, but they really take DAYS to get back to you. And don't even understand anything you explain to them in plain english. They are probably overseas somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Good luck getting any help, yoyour goingg to need it

Login to your online account.  

Do you have $120 available fund in your account?

On your next renewal date Oct 18, PM system will use your available fund to renew your plan.  Since you have $120 available fund in your plan, PM system will not take money from your autopay credit card.

@Tbbbb why is another 120 coming out? Autopay?   If  there are funds in account then autopay will not be charged ?

I don't understand the problem. Is your plan $120? Is your Available Funds now $120? Is your renewal date Oct. 18th?

If yes to all then it'll just renew out of that and carry on. So you put in the money a little early.

If you have autopay then it'll ignore that and use the Available Funds first.

No one here can help you with account payment issues this is a public forum filled with community helpers that have no access to your account, you will need to contact a moderator directly. Click this to send them a message 

 

When interacting with the moderator team, it is important to identify yourself with account PIN code, phone number / account number and provide as much information about the problem in question as possible so that the moderator team can work on the issue without having to ask for further information.  Each interaction causes further delays to problem resolution. 

 

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT). It typically should be within 48 hours.
