My subscription renewed on the 3rd and the $56 automatically came out of my chequing but I got a message saying suspended for nonpayment. Can I get the money refunded and pay manually? I did pay online the last couple times because I needed more data, - is that why it's not recognizing the payment it took this month? I can't see a ticket option that covers this case and I am definitely not authorizing a rep to process the payment again... Any suggestions? Sorry about the excessive swearing to those that can read minds.

Thank you for trying to assist me. I did reboot the phone and reset the network settings and nothing changed. The 50$ plan has more than enough data, I only upgraded it last month as I was using my phone as a hotspot as I didn't have internet yet. Unfortunately before I upgraded my subscription I had paid my current plan, not realizing it wasn't going to just charge me the difference, so last month I paid the usual $35 plus the $56. I'm a senior on a pension, trying to find a job without a working phone. Ugh Next I will be selling nudes, $10 to get one, $25 not to.

try reboot phone and reset network settings now and see if it works
and you plan is $50 and still not enough data? there should be a $60 plan with more data, check My Account -> Change Subscription page, that might be what you need as well

Thank you for the prompt response. I submitted a ticket, feeling slightly optimistic now.

You can contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you.
If you want to disable AutoPay. Just login to your account and disable Subscribe button and you can make manual payment every 30 days monthly cycle.
