Hi - I lost my credit card & had to have it cancelled 9 days ago (this is 7th business day) unfortunately new card still not received. I have another credit card & entered details to change my subscription & pay but it keeps saying this on the screen "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later."
Can you please help me get the payment processed I cannot be without my telephone.

@peg3 updating cc info is unfortunately one of the most difficult things to do around here. The system has faults, but so far, they have not updated it.
You could also try in the app if you have it.
If you tried too many times today, you will be locked out and must wait 24 hours to try again.
I'm the meantime if you need to make a payment, you can purchase a Public Mobile voucher from a gas station or supermarket and load to your account untill you are able to successfully update the info.
Keep in mind some stores charge a surcharge for this.
