I recently made a purchase for a plan and entered my payments. When I processed the payment, I received an error that the payment was processed but to reach out for help because there was an error with my account configuration. What does this mean? Did my payment go through and I've locked in the plan deal and sim card will be delivered?

@Hurry did you opt for physical sim and waiting for PM to send you the sim card,? how many days has it been??
you can wait for the sim to arrive first or you can also message support first to sort out the account configuration error first of you like. Please message them here
