I've been trying to pay for close to a week so far. All the solution that I've seen on the community don't work. I'm getting the message "we cant treat your payment at this moment, try again later" of something like that. Well "later" has been close to a week now and just today, I had to login 10 to get to this point.

@Pilule21 - have you confirmed your card was not charged?
If not, try logging into your My Account through a tab in incognito mode. If you are currently using the mobile App, then try using a computer/desktop or vice versa.
Is your card currently registered in your account? If so, try calling 611 to make a payment.
