I have purchased a voucher to make a payment on MY ACCOUNT.
The account payment section does not provide any means for a voucher payment.
I called *611 twelve times. There is no provision at all to make a payment by way of voucher or credit card. It keeps repeating itself. and defaulting back to "Please press 1
The account is now suspended. I have now no phone to use

You can download TextNow app and call through WiFi.
But even if your account is suspended, you should be able to call 611.
If all fails, DM a CS_Agent to help from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.

You can try dialing 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the voucher number and PIN.
Or login to your account on the PM app and go to the Payment section then Redeem Payment Voucher.
