Payment not working

I am trying to activate new simcard for new line and it will not accept my payment. I tried 3 different cards and same message payment failed please try again.

 

How do I get this simcard to activate

When I signed up I was using safari and it would not work.  I ended up trying chrome and it worked.  Since then, i have not had to do so but just thought I would mention it in case a different browser is something you could try.  Also in the app, try completely logging out and then back in.

Please first uninstall the app, then clear the browser cache for the default browser on your phone, then reboot and reinstall the app

Please try to setup another login with another email address, it should work that way

Still didn't work

@Jlfstratton  Defiantly only do it in the app . Especially to activate . Website good to manage account after that . I would give it one full hour and uninstall the app and re install it

@Jlfstratton  And you trying in the app not website ? All activations need the app . You may need to wait one full hour and try again also make sure credit card matches postal code . If same please submit ticket with support to help you make payment so you can finish activating
