I’ve tried several cards to make a payment and they all say can’t be processed. What am I doing wrong?

You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).

Wait 24 hours and try again using browser with incognito mode
If it still fails or if you need to pay urgently, then buy vouchers from SDM/711/Shell and load the voucher using My Account or *611.
