Hi. I have been trying to login to my account and pay my bill for the last three days but have been unable to. As a result my account is on hold or something like that. I need help getting back in and resolving

@Madeline4 Might be quicker to go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load it *611 to resume services right away . And then you should get code sent to your phone to log in , but also is you see option that says “didn’t get code “ tap it it may give you option to send code to email instead

You can also purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from a gas station and load to your account by calling *611 or from another phone 1855 4public.
