I lost my credit card, can’t pay it with the automatic payment method.

You can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a payment to continue service or login to the PM app then to Payment tab>Update Card Information.

@1999Tianzhuo_ - Buy a Prepaid Visa or Mastercard to continue autopay. Enter it in your Payments on the App or web.

If you want an easier route use Public Mobile Payment Vouchers which can be found at recharge or at physical. local stores here:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher

They may look like this, pick one up and bring to till.

And load it up via *611 with your PIN (1-855-4PU-BLIC.) or in My Account within the Payments section.
