what exatly is yoru issue payment error? are you an existing or new customer/activating an account?
if you have tried your credit card a couple times check with teh cc compay that it was not actually charged. make sure yoru cc address is teh same as your self serve.
you can try a different card or ask the moerators to look ino it for you.
