I need to update my credit card info and it’s not working it just keeps saying Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later. to every card I use

@Caitlinrose you may need to wait one full hour to a maximum of 24 hours before trying again and maybe try using the app instead of website or even a different device even . You can also buy payment voucher and load it *611 . But worst case you can always ask support to help you update the credit card info also

if possible, wait a full 24 hours and try again. Try to use Incognito mode to login My Account to change the credit card. And better to try different credit cards
If still unable to change card after the 24 hours wait, consider getting vouchers from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher via *611 or My Account first so your service won't be interrupted
