Hi, I was signing up and my payment went through and then there was an error saying the payment went through but I can not proceed to finish

I had an invalid promo code in my card when mine failed. Not sure that was the problem, but when I tried again without it everything worked fine.

I did the subscription process for my partner and it all went fine. Then I tried lol and paid and could not proceed, was doing the payment on my laptop as I did with the first one and was ready to go to the iphone app and proceed but now can't

hi @LightGraffiti payment step actually before phone number choosing 

so, payment could be charged but the activation process might not be done yet

were you using PM app to activate? If notz you have not completed the activation process 

@LightGraffiti  Support usually reply in 1-2 hours sometimes longer 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

no, my credit card got charged but i can't proceed so i have a ticket going

@LightGraffiti  Are you using the app to activate ? Not website . You need the app if using app and same issue
