I have switched to another provider and I got charged today same day I changed my service, as i didn’t know it was autopay, so i am looking for a refund that i got charged today for unused service. Thank you

as a prepay service, you can ask for a refund but don't be grumpy if that request is denied. You shoulda transferred away before your Public Mobile plan renewal occurred. Ask that your payment card be scrubbed from the account too.
