The Public Mobile website and apps have known cache issues. Go into your browser settings, clear the cache and restart the browser. Once reopened, go into incognito mode and try again

the payment card update function can be glitchy alright. Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support...they'll fix it for you.
If that orange bubble not available to you...use this link instead..

if using the web version, try using the app instead. OR...vise versa.
