I am trying to add funds to my account, but my payment voucher is not working. I tried to add funds via 611 and online, but to no avail.

try adding your voucher to your account by dialing 611 and follow the prompts.
Depending on where / when you purchased your voucher...some of them aren't "activated" until several hours after the sale.
Another option is to use an on-line payment voucher from recharge.com or ding.com. They're legit but will charge you a small user fee.

@Alizawells23 the fastest way may be to use recharge.com Public mobile recommends this website. It is quick and you get the voucher immediatley. Only issue is you pay a bit extra for convenience.
Lets us know if your voucher works in a little bit.

Wait a day, then try again like others have said. Also note that some vouchers have more than one set of numbers that look like the actual code, make sure you use the right one.
You can refer to the Voucher Catalogue thread to see if your voucher is listed there.

Are there more than one 12 digit number? If yes try one of those numbers.

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the voucher to be activated.

Some stores does not activate the PM topup voucher right away. Wait a day or two to try again.

@Alizawells23 Hello depending on where you bought your voucher sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for it to become activated maybe give it a try later on good luck If it continues that way until the morning click on the? Lower bottom right hand corner and ask Simon to speak to a human this way it will generate a ticket to speak to a moderator
