Payment Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm running into a billing issue across multiple accounts that auto-renew on my card. The payments should have gone through, but didn't, and now all accounts are suspended.

When I try to pay manually, it says "try again later." I've confirmed both cards are active and working fine elsewhere. I even tried updating to a second card, but I get the same error: unable to process request.

Is anyone else having payment processing issues today?

Thanks for any insight.

account might be a on fraud lock which needs a senior agent to look into this can take 24/72 as they say but might be even longer. This is the outcome of not having a live costumer service agent.

I know you have the link but try mine and see if it will work for you lol. Mine is working and will allow me to update/change.

hi @Priority

you dn't have access to physical stores, but you can online with extra service fess: buy from muskbird.com , ding.com , recharge.com

I tried 3 cards and it won't even update them on the Accounts to try processing payment.

I do not have access to vouchers today, and a few of my referrals who also have billing days today are having the same issue so its not just me.

I think you are the first one reporting renewal issue today

try a different card, or try using vouchers from Shoppers or London Drugs to renew

For over a year this hasn't been a problem. So I do not see why it would be now; and if that was the case why won't it let me manually process the payment and update the card to a different one on any of these accounts.

When I try updating payment information and punch in a different card, it tells me they cannot process the request to even update the card.

There is a major backend issue.

hi @Priority

when you tried to use the same credit card on multiple accounts, it could be a problem on the credit card, they might thought someone stole the account and attempting to make multiple transaction. Did you check with credit card?

Additionally: I have tried on multiple devices, no browser is working to process these payments and neither is the app.
