I've just discovered that my PM account is suspended because the credit card payment "failed". I've discovered that Android will not provide any indication that your text messages are not going through, so I was unaware of this for a couple of days. Nice. Couldn't investigate further as all my banking relies on MFA and my phone no longer works. Great. Hmmm, I tried using another of my credit cards to see if the issue was with the original one, but I still get the "OOPS! Something went wrong" message from PM website. Very helpful. So it appears that either at least 2 of my credit cards have also been suspended (can't confirm yet, as again, no working phone) or PM is having a systemic issue with payment processing. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the advice. I did finally manage to get the second card to work (after finally typing in the correct expiry date). So it seems my original autopay CC still has a problem. At least I can now follow up with the issuer. All the best.

After trying too many times to setup autopay, your a/c or your cc will be locked for an hour. Try it again tomorrow morning.

Try using the browser of your choice in incognito mode or private mode and try again.
Also try logging into your account using either your phone, computer or laptop, whichever works best for you.

For many, the trick is to clear cache and cookies, open in Incognito tab, then try again
