Hello , is there anyway I can change my subscription payment date to the first of each month instead of the 30th? (which it's at now) Because I don't get paid until the first and it drives me crazy going without phone service if I am too broke to pay it on the 30th.

HI @BKNS27
yes, that is right in terms of Visa payment
but that would not be the case if OP is paying by Visa Debit or MC Debit. The money will be out of the account the same day, or some try to pay by voucher. This matters to some as they try to match it up with Pay day, which is OP's concern

Public Mobile does not offer the ability for customer to make payments using the above mentioned method.

I can understand that aspect, but as this is a Public Mobile support message forum, I do not believe that is what the customer is asking about. The customer used the phrase "subscription payment date". While it is true that credit card statement balances need to be paid by deadlines set by the credit card issuer (to avoid interest), that's independent of any Public Mobile service or payment set ups.

Yes that was what I was indicating to @Villain630 in my response. I was indicating the Visa bill date remain the same each month.

The above isn't correct. There is no pre-assigned date that stays the same each month billed by Public Mobile to the credit card.

your plan payment date isn't the 30th of every month as Public Mobile plans are 30 day duration. If you want, you can buy payment voucher on pay day, then dial 611 to add the voucher to your account. Then, your plan will renew using that funds you've added (Available Funds).

PM uses 30 days cycle, so the payment date will move up 1 day every 2 months. You cannot fix a payment date.. sorry

@Villain630 No sorry there’s no way to have monthly payment date as public mobile plans are 30 days so the date always changes , you could each month load funds into your account on specific dates with vouchers or using the credit card on file . But no way to have same date each month with auto payments unfortunately
