Tyoically this is caused by phone features that limit monthly data. What phone do you have?
I had that issue where my Galaxy J5 would turn data off at 2GB when I had 8G. Had to go into my data saving settings and readjust the warnings and limits to what worked for my plan. Maybe that's the issue going on if the phone has such features.

Why do you say you are only getting 2gb? What does your plan in selfserve say? What does selfserve add-ons section say?

Best option here is to contact a mod so they can look into your situation. Only they can help with plan issues. You will need to provide account number, phone number and your pin. Explain to them your situation and I'm sure they will look into it. Just don't expect an response right away. Usually takes a day or two.
