Payement and service doesn’t work

I already pay for my SIM card but the service doesn’t work

were you only using the browser to activate? have you downloaded the app and completed all the way to Step 6 of the activation? if you have not used the app yet, you have not completed the activation yet, please download the app and login

if you have done the activation on the app already, and you are using the sim card, can you reinsert the sim card once more and test?  or test your sim in another phone.   

if that still does not work, it will likley be a sim provisioning issue.  Easy fix for PM support and you just need to engage them via messaging here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Did you download the public mobile app and activate and purchase your SIM card? That way if so once you restart your phone should be working.
