I know this maybe odd. I wonder it would be great if PM add alternative payment using PayPal.

@syantixmanjah, sadly you are mistaken. Public Mobile accepts Canadian and US credit cards from Canadian and US banks, registered with Canadian or US mailing address.
To add, Public Mobile does accept American Express.

Recharge.com is convenient, but it does charge a service fee as long as you are aware. Cheaper to buy vouchers in store on the long term basis. Recharge.com does accept paypal though.
