@Pardeepkumar Yes just phone your old provider the must supply it without hassle for free. This has been in effect since December 2017. Then enter the code. Your phone is ready for pm.

The phone is locked by your previous provider. Contact them, and the firm will unlock the phone.

Was this phone on previous carrier in the past? Likely locked to previous carrier.
More details about your situation may be helpful. Ie new customer? New phone?

What is the exact message displayed?
It likely means that your phone is locked to your previous carrier. You can contact previous carrier to get phone unlocked.
