I have bought vouchers after voucher 10 dollars at a time 3 of them with 27 dollars in the account and I can't talk please help me

Ok so you have a balance in My Account.
If you are on the $15 plan, check your account and confirm if your 100 minutes have been consumed. If yes, buy the $5 add-on of 500 Canada wide minutes. Those minutes do not expire until used. Maybe buy 2 x 500 minutes then top up again once the first 500 are used. Managing your account is necessary and you should be watching it based on your personal needs. Also don’t buy up too much.....as last year around this time PM gave us some freebies. Also don’t worry about your balance.....even if you have auto-pay as PM takes from your balance first.

Hi @Mosmyl, try clicking the bubble in the lower right hand corner and type "I can't make calls"
Follow the prompting that best describes the issue you are having, then follow directions provided to fix it.

This is not a pay as you go service. Just adding money just adds money. That money would wait for your renewal to do anything.
If your account is suspended then try the reactivate button.
If you're out of minutes with the $15 plan or the old $10 plan then you could buy the $5 add-on to get some minutes.

What is the usual cost of yourPM plan ? When did it last expire ? Did you try adding the vouchers by dialing 611 ?
