Are you asking for help on how to pay your bill or asking members to help you pay your bill?

Login to your account and make a manual payment or enable AutoPay on your account.

You can also purchase a voucher from these locations and dial *611 and enter the voucher number:

Have you ever created a My Account before, because that is where you can do it.

 

If not and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link
