If you signed up for autopay and know your PIN number, you could buy your data add on by dialing 611 via your phone. Moderators can take some time to reset your password.

It may just be a site lock. In this case, wait an hour, clear your cache, use incoginto mode and try again.
That being said, send a ticket to @CS_Agent now and if it's fixed before they get back to you, no big deal.

If the password reset feature isn't working, you'll need to open a ticket with the moderators using this link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
After using that link, a support ticket can be opened by typing in "rep".
