My service got disconnected even though I had auto pay on and now I can't log into self serve either. My password wouldn't work and when I click on "forgot password" they email me a link and I create a new password but that doesn't work either when I try to log on. Someone please help!

@ronjohnson if your locked out totally then you need a mod to help you.

Hello. I am blocked access to my account also and have no idea what to do. I simply need to change my credit card details. The website said my password was wrong. I tried to reset it. They said that they sent me a link to reset it but by the time I actually got is was not for a number of hours and I was timed out by the time I got it and I can't open it. Then it said I was successful in changing my password but it wouldn't accept it anyway. A number of re-attempts and I am now locked out. It says contact Public Mobile but I can't figure out how. This is truly frustrating after two days and hours of trying. I feel like just dropping out of this unfriendly phone program. There has to be an easier way. Thanks for any help. Ron

If you don't have service, you could buy a voucher and pay by calling 611. If you need further assistance, contact a moderator.

I just logged into 2 of my accounts and they worked. Maybe it was a temporary thing. Clear your cache, use incognito mode and try again.
