Can anyone see this message? I have put 2 different tickets in for help from the mods, both times it said they would respond within 48 hrs. this afternoon will be the second ticket that expires without a response. I need my password reset to my self serv account.

After submitted a ticket, you should check your private message SENT folder for your ticket which you just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, You did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
You can also enable email notification after receiving a private message at your INBOX.
My settings --> PREFERENCES --> Private Messenger --> enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages' --> Save

We can see THIS message that you posted in the Community. We can't see the messages you sent via the ticket system/private message.
If you go into your private message area and look at your sent messages you should see your submitted ticket there.
You might already have a reply back from them in your Inbox too.

Hi @Nigelshorvath ,
Yes, we see your message. You posted this in PM's public Community Form.
Did you put in Private Message to the Moderator Team (does this show in your SENT box?).
Have you tried the "Forget your Password" option to change your password?

There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@Nigelshorvath Did you try to send a message to mods directly by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Unfortunately, if it says login disabled, you will need the help of the moderators. There's no other way to get such a password reset. Are you doing the ticket through https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat ?
