Hi,
I'd like to sign in to my account online but I forgot the password. Unfortunately, the email I used for the recovery does not exist anymore. Can you contact me to reset the password or recovery email address?

When speaking to the moderator, ensure this person knows that you need to not only have the password reset, but would also like to change the e-mail address on the account. Most customers usually only want the password reset, and if the moderator doesn't change the e-mail address for you, you'll end up needing to open another ticket.
