Hi All,
I seem to have forgotten my password and secert question to my account. Is some one here able to reset it for me or walk me through the process of getting this resolved.

Issue has been resolved. I was able to reset my password Successfully with the help of the Moderator Team.

Thank you they did reset it but they gave me a 2 hr window which now has past so am trying to get a hold of them again

Another method to contacting them rarely mentioned as well would be to look at the User's online section of the main forum page and see which mods are online and then send sed mod a private message directly. it's easy to spot which of them are online thanks to their mod tags.

If you are unable to use Simon to submit a ticket for moderator help, try to directly private message moderator team.

Already tired that mate. it did not help much. So am looking for a MOD to pvt msg maybe they have access to the admin page where they can reset it or send me a link to my registered email address on the account.

If the reset password functino is not working, you will need to contact moderator to access your self service account.
Click on the right lower question mark on this web page. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket to get moderator help.

If not you will have to contact moderators
