User Locked Out after password reset and confirmation to enter gives me the User Locked Out error

@Eman062170 , if the system confirmed a successful password reset, you might be able to ignore the lock out and use the new password to login using the app. I have seen first hand how password reset can turn into an infinite do loop. This is how I got around the problem.
