Hi there!
I had to switch my SIM plan to another carrier due to a phone plan, so I won't be needing my prior plan at Public anymore. I was charged $21.85 just this 14th, and have only used it till March 17th.
I was wondering if I'd be able to get a refund, even if partial, on the charge since I only used it for 3 days.
Thanks!

Sure, you'll get responses that you don't qualify for a refund. Not that it matters - public mobile hasn't provided me Data for 6 months, that I've paid for, and they refuse to refund anything because they are cut rate pirates desperate for your cash. I'm launching a full complaint with the CRTC about their antics.

Being pre-paid, there are no refunds here. You left early, so you forfeit any remaining amount no matter how many days left.

PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide refund if you left before the cycle end date, even you used only 3 days out of 30. Sorry about that
