I'm not sure that I agree with the above. If this is a matter of the customer having it sent the wrong address, then I wouldn't expect Public Mobile to credit out the cost of another SIM card.

How do you know it was delivered to the wrong address? Can't you go there and pick it up?
Honestly, these are the faster routes rather than contacting CS Agents for another.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
