@Kaurharmeet14 - the amount in your Available Funds will be used first on renewals before charging any credit card on file.
Credit cards companies can show both Pending and Authorized/Approved charges. Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.
If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA).

PM is a prepaid service, so no refunds but if it was a system error then Contact support agents with the screenshots of double charged bills.
create a ticket by clicking on the bubble at the bottom right or send them a direct msg at CS_Agent.
The second payment can be put into your balance to be used towards add-ons or plan.

If you log into your Self Serve account, do you see an extra and unexpected amount in your account balance? If you do, it's often easier to leave the extra funds there to be used for the next renewal.
