I keep getting a 404 error when I click on that link.

@CS_Agents It's been more than 5 days and the charges still show up in my credit card statement.
Whenever I try to contact support as suggested, i keep getting 404 error message. Feels like I'm going around in circles here

If that's the case someone will be responding to you soon. Please note however that there are pending charges that will appear as a charge until posted to your account with 5 days.
The rest will fall off. Has it been more than 5 days yet? Where are you seeing the charges on your cc statement or pending yo be posted?

@Lakshmi369 Double check your credit card is one charge pending ? Or are both charges posted ? If both are posted , use this direct link to support
