Hey all, hoping someone can help me with this problem. I paid for a data add on, the money was taken from my account and I have no extra data. How do I get a refund or fix this issue? Also I had two charges come out.. not sure who I can speak too, or find out what this second charge was.

Check the amount of available fund on your self-serve account.
If it is the same amount or greater than what just paid, you had completed the first step. Now purchase your add-on using the available fund on your account.

@Andrewryan26 buying an addon is a 2 step process add the funds and then buy it. It seems you did the first step. But not the second. Check to see if the funds are sitting in the account as a credit by looking at your overview page ot by calling 611 from your phone. Heres how to buy one.

Buying an add-on is two steps.
1 add money 2 buy the add-on Is both charges in your available balance. If so. Go back and buy one add-on that you wanted and leave the rest in your balance to cover a future payment. Refund can take several weeks
