What did you do to determine this?
Was it a data add-on for data use within Canada or a data purchase for use within the USA?
Sometimes folks purchase the opposite one for which they need - it's a common error as Public Mobile site isn't necessarily intuitive and some things are not straight-forward around here.
Let us know, and we can appropriately respond.
Either way, if your looking for refund or the amount applied to the account (presuming it's settled as a charge against your payment card), it will require Customer Support intervention as already provided.

Is this roaming? Was it a re-buy of the same one?

@Fredderf - if you paid for it and the funds are showing in your Available Funds area, it would be most efficient if you just left the funds there and be used on your next renewal (if you are not in need of the funds for financial reasons). It may take longer to obtain a refund, rather then when your next renewal occurs.
