Paid for US roaming bundle...doesn't work

I have paid for the US roaming bundle.  Shows I've paid twice.  Wanted only one bundle.  Nothing works.  This has happened to me once before.  Tried dialing *611 and getting "experiencing technical difficulties.

What now PM?

It seems that you have to fund your account prior to adding the bundle even though the process let you choose the add-on and them pay.  Probably should make this clearer on the website to avoid confusion.

@sgk  - Do you see the US roaming add on in your self serve portal?  If you paid twice, you should still have an account credit for the second one.  Also, is your network set to automatic?  If you locked into PM network, you must switch to automatic, or manually select one of the PM partners (AT&T or T-Mobile).

Verify your phone settings at well. Ensure that you enable roaming.

@sgk Are you sure it was a US roaming addon and not a Canadian one? Try restarting your phone. If that didn't work you will need to contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
