Paid for E-Sim Service and I cannot even contact any support

I paid for my service and it said everything would work fine on my phone and now I cannot even contact anyone from support. No live agents are available and its been a few days. I cannot submit a ticket either it gives me errors and error/404. I cant access my services or even contact anyone to help me.

Public Mobile doesn't have live agents for account issues.  When Public Mobile did have live agents at one point, that was only for basic pre-signup/sales questions.
