Hi @shaynan44 if your phone was never used on PM and  have been using on another neteork,  then it is likely a Carrier unlock PUK it is asking for.  It is a code you need to go back and check with the carrier you got the phone from

First off, you'll need to find out which type of code your phone is asking for.  What does the message say?

A device saying something about SIM network unlock PUK/Master network code/SIM network PIN blocked means that the phone is locked to another carrier. The SIM network unlock PUK is needed when the SIM network unlock PIN is incorrectly typed in.  The SIM network unlock PUK resets the ability to use the SIM network unlock PIN (they are two different codes), and it's the latter code that network unlocks the device.  For help with this, you would need to contact the carrier that the phone is lokced ot.

For the SIM card PUK (a secuirty feature of the SIM card), you will need to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent for assistance.  A ticket would need to be opened using the chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Can you type out exactly what message the phone is giving you. There are several things called PUK.
