The phone is saying the SIM is locked and that I need a PUK code. How do I get this code?

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private message or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on this Community to get the SIM PUK.
If you have a Samsung phone, you will need a PUK from Samsung Canada for the phone PUK.

open a ticket with PM CS_Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
type: PUK and Contact Us
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
If you have error submitting a ticket, send a private message to the CS_Agent https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
