PUK code

If I have entered more than ten times PUK code? What Happens ? Do I get any notice for this ? 

I was going to oversee and I left my sim card to my brother before I left. 

He entered three times wrong PIN number and he tried to enter the again and again when it  already asked for PUK code. He idn't know that was a different code and  he tried too many times. He might entered more than ten times PUK code. If it is in that case  what will happen ?   and  how do I know because I am  out of country and still make auto payment monthly. Do I get any notice  on my account ? Thanks !.

I have got my PUK code from a moderator. My SIM card is unlocked now.

all your data and bonus will stay with your account even you need a new sim card

And what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places

If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." , 
      call  Samsung 1-800-726-7864 for a master unlock code.
      The only info you will need to provide is the IMEI and where the phone was purchased

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM  Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing  "Locked SIM"

If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
          You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.

• How do I know if  my sim card  to be peramently unsuable ?
• If I need purhcase a new one  will it carry forward my 4  gigabit data and 500  international call minutes?

• those were   gifts gave to me by public mobile?

Entering your SIM card's PUK that many times will cause the SIM card to be peramently unsuable and you would need to purhcase a new one.
