Hi there,
My phone is getting this message when at the login screen:
"SIM is now disabled. Enter PUK code to continue. Contact operator for details."
If I could get assistance with this that would be great.

@jschoenb "SIM is now disabled', did you use a SIM PIN before and you entered too many time? If this it is indeed asking for the the SIM card PUK , you can open a ticket with PM Support using this direct link for them to provide you the PUK code:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
