I have ported over a number to my account which is still not working and I have messaged the Mod Team and still have no response from anyone. I need to know whats going on with my porting.
Appreciate any help.

If the number was with koodo there will be delays in porting since koodo and public are under the same parent company.

Finally got issued solved. A mod finally reached out called abdullah and solved the porting issue. It should'nt of taken 20 days to resolve but its resolved now.

Also how did you initate the port? by yourself or with somebody in a store or kiosk?

If you have contacted the mods that is all you can do at this point. Who was your previous provider and is your old sim still working (it should be). You should be able to put it back in your phone and use it until the mods reach out to you and get this resolved.

Does your old sim still work? If yes use that to port completes.
If it has been 4 days then send another message. Reply time should be about 48 hours.
Did you send all needed porting info?
