Hey @doris

 

The port has failed because you provided the wrong info in the port request, can you please send me the account number with WIND (private message)? should be 3 alphabets followed by 11 digits total 14.

I have similar issue.

 

My WIND service was termited after initiating the port. When people call me they get a number not in service message.

 

This is a major problem and no one from PM has ever responded to any of my messages.
