Not sure that’s true.
I’m on a $40 plan with 50% off (pay $20) and PMDATA10 was applied to my account last week.
Also, FWIW, my wife is on a 90 day $57/9GB plan ($19/3GB /mth) and PMDATA10 was applied to her account as well.
