PM should have 4GB / $40 promo plan more often to attract more customers

I hope PM should have this promo plan more often to attract more customers. I have a few friends and relatives asking about PM service and they are waiting for the promo to join.

per what? 30 days? 90 days? 

I am pretty sure PM has a huge client base since the last promo... There default plans are much lower than any Big three I know and your friends/family can ALWAYS swap to a new promo once a new promo arrives. Not sure why they are waiting.
