Hi all,
Today is the start on my second 90 day term. I have autopay activated. Recieved SMS saying 90 days expiring please pay or if auto pay enabled do nothing.
I future dated an account change to a lower fee, as heading out of the country.
I logged in to the the account and it says:

The phone as of right now is still working.... data shows on hold but 6mb used
So I'm not sure if its a glitch, and should just wait and it resolves itself, or what I else I should do, I don't want my Credit card get charged a second time.

@Mary_M Thanks for the quick work. All is working fine now. Hopefully PM is able to fix this glitch in the future.

Thanks for quick reply, Just an update, the account curently went completly suspended, Currently can't make or recieve calls.

Hey @mimmo this is a known glitch that when you change a plan, it doesn't process properly. Just sit tight for now. You're going to need a moderator to make an adjustment on your account. Someone should be online by 9:00 am eastern time.
