Existing PM Customer. Need 2 change cell phone #. Get Help feature says: At My Account. Goto Account. Change Phone Number. Select Province & city. Select new phone #. Save Changes. Help pls! Unable to find this feature.
With your help, when the cell phone # is changed. Do I need a new SIM? If so, do I order online @PM?

@Phone78change Log in to your account, go to Profile (on the website there's a drop down near the top with a V that opens up the menu. When you are in your profile you will see My Phone Number with a pencil icon to the right of it. Tap the pencil and that should give you the change option. No you don't need a new sim card.
