My partner and I both have PM accounts. We are now ready to leave PM because our calls often, nearly always break up. It seems that, when the Telus towers get overloaded, they prioritize regular Telus customers over PM subscribers, causing PM calls to fail. Is it possible that Telus is allowing this to happen so that PM customers will move to the more expensive Telus subscriptions? Possibly. Nonetheless, our PM cell service is unacceptable. We will have to make a change. hone
Don't try to tell me it's my phone. I use an iPhone 15 Pro.

When did you last reboot your phone?
Have you tried toggling airplane mode on/off?
Clear your phone app's cache in your settings.

Might also want to check the nearest location of Telus cell tower. Your main location might be in a weaker area of coverage.

Other troubleshooting advice:
Manually select 5G or LTE (instead of Auto). To see whether that makes a difference.

Check your iPhone 15 Pro settings to see if voice & data is on 5G Auto.

IPhone 15 is on VoLTE whitelist and should work really well. Try reboot and reset network settings.
And ask PM to re-provision the sim and account . Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

What is a VoLTE issue? What is the PM whitelist? My phone is an iPhone 15 Pro.

How do you know that there is no network priority?

There is no network priority here, it is just a myth
What phone you have? Could be an VoLTE issue. Maybe your phone not on PM whitelist
